The theatre community was shaken Thursday morning by the devastating death of Tony Award-winning director Mike Nichols, a Broadway visionary who had most recently directed the 2012 revival of "Death of a Salesman." Thespians big and small all hoped to one day work with him, and Kristin Chenoweth was no exception.

In a HuffPost Live interview on Thursday, the Tony Award-winning actress revealed that working with the esteemed director was one of her dreams, and recounted how, just a mere month ago, she told him that herself.
