Matt Marcus teams with JCI Grill

JCI Grill announced this week that chef Matt Marcus of Eatsie Boys fame has jumped onboard as a consultant. He’s assuming a role held until recently by Randy Evans (formerly of Haven and Brennan’s), who left Houston to take a corporate role with H-E-B.

Marcus, who has a degree from the Culinary Institute of America and has worked in Michelin-starred restaurants, will work with JCI - you may know them better has James Coney Island -- on ongoing menu development and seasonal offerings.
