'Maternity hotels' targeted in raids in Southern California

Federal agents Tuesday raided dozens of locations in Southern California in an effort to break up "maternity hotels," all of which investigators say are part of three major "birth tourism" operations.

The operations reportedly catered mainly to women from China, CNN reports.
