PORTLAND, Maine (NEWS CENTER) -- The Maine Center for Disease Control and Prevention has announced new guidelines for its Ebola monitoring program.
Maine CDC says any individual returning to Maine from the West African regions affected by Ebola will be monitored daily. The travelers will be monitored for 21 days after their last possible exposure to the virus. That is the longest amount of time a person infected with Ebola would show symptoms.
