I.M.F. Forecasts Slow Growth in Developing Nations

The International Monetary Fund has cut its global forecast for the fourth time in the past year, warning of a risk of stagnation and citing "increased nationalism" in Europe.

WASHINGTON — The International Monetary Fund warned on Tuesday about persistently slow growth in developing economies, highlighting a growing concern that these countries will not soon regain the high rates of growth that distinguished them in the past.
