Cutting obesity involves back breaking exercise, cutting down on fats and a diet limited to fiber rich diet. However there is good news for all those who would want an easier way out. For those who want to lose weight and also to boost their cardiac health, cutting down on carbohydrates instead of trimming down fat will do the trick, a new study states.

In a clinical trial which was conducted on obese adults, researchers found that those who followed a low carbohydrate diet were more successful in trimming down their extra flab as compared to their brethren who followed a low fat diet.
