A look at Harper Lee and 'To Kill A Mockingbird' in pop culture

Harper Lee, author of the Pulitzer Prize-winning novel "To Kill a Mockingbird," released "Go Set a Watchman," a novel she completed in the 1950s and put aside, in July. It was her second published book.

The beloved Harper Lee novel "To Kill a Mockingbird" was made into motion picture in 1962. Mary Badham portrayed the book's narrator, Scout, and Gregory Peck was her father, small-town attorney Atticus Finch.
