Little foot lived 3.67 million years ago according to a new study

Australopithecus is considered as the ancient ancestors of modern man. The oldest Australopithecus in history is Lucy. Lucy was found in Ethiopia in 1974. According to scientists, Lucy is 3.2 million years old.

However, 21 years ago, a new skeleton was found in South Africa. The skeleton was believed to be older than Lucy. Scientists believe that the skeleton called Little Foot was 3.67 million years old and could be the first Australopithecus.
