Listen up, marathoners: Running more than 4 miles a day could be bad for you, study says

The more heart attack survivors exercised, the less risk they had of dying from heart disease — up to a point. But since this research was only done on heart attack survivors, it may not apply to everybody.

Running more than four miles a day could be dangerous to your health, according to a study out Tuesday that examined how much exercise is too much.
