In France’s most brutal terror attack in memory, at least 12 people were killed in the heart of Paris, when two gunmen in black ski masks stormed the offices of the satirical Charlie Hebdo weekly newspaper and opened fire with a hail of bullets, before hijacking a car and fleeing the scene—leaving all of France deeply shaken and on high alert.
