Oregon couple Nathanael and Kristy Rittmeyer welcomed their son Levi Gavin at 6:23 Monday morning at Rockford Memorial Hospital. Levi is a healthy 7 lbs. 8 oz. Levi's mom Kristy turns 7 today in leap years. The chances of someone born on a Leap Day having a baby on a Leap Day is one in 2 million.
