Police say an envelope containing a white powdery substance that was mailed to Donald Trump's campaign office in New York City is harmless.
Emergency crews had been called to Trump Tower in Manhattan around 8 p.m. Thursday. Police say a staffer for the Republican presidential candidate opened the letter containing the powder and immediately called police.
