Late Diagnosis for Most Alzheimer's Patients

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WLTX) -- A new report from the Alzheimer's Association reveals only about 45% of people with Alzheimer's or their caregivers were told about the diagnosis by their doctor.

In contrast, more than 90% of people with the four most common cancers (breast, colorectal, lung, and prostate) say they were told the diagnosis.
