Ripa, 45, was absent from the show on Wednesday after learning that Strahan would be making his part-time "GMA" hosting gig a full-time job, and was again missing on Thursday.
The Camden County native reportedly learned of the Strahan move very shortly before ABC announced he would be leaving the morning show in September. One source told CNN this week that Ripa was "beyond angry" about the news.
