Justin Trudeau sworn in as Canada's first Generation X prime minister

Justin Trudeau, scion of a fabled Liberal Party leader, was sworn in Wednesday as Canada's 23rd prime minister and the first from Generation X.

Trudeau punctuated an election campaign promise to take a more open and team-centric approach to governing than that of his predecessor, Conservative Stephen Harper, by traveling to his swearing-in ceremony with his new cabinet ministers in minibuses rather than traditional limousines.
