Jordan slams ISIS’ claim that hostage Kayla Jean Mueller died in air strike as her parents speak out

Carl and Marsha Mueller of Prescott, Ariz., released a statement Friday pleading for their daughter’s life after being silent since her 2013 capture. Earlier, ISIS said the 26-year-old aid worker died in a bombing by a Jordanian aircraft near the Syrian city of Raqqa, but Jordanian officials blasted the terrorists as liars.

Jordanian officials ripped claims Friday by ISIS jihadists that a retaliatory air strike killed an American hostage held in Syria, blasting the terrorists as liars — while the woman’s desperate parents broke their media silence and pleaded for mercy.
