Joan Rivers' will, filed in New York State Surrogate's Court on Tuesday, leaves daughter Melissa in charge of her fortune.

AP reports that the comedian, who died on Sept. 4 at age 81, made provisions to leave some of her estimated $150 million estate to her favorite charities, including Guide Dogs for the Blind, Jewish Guild Healthcare and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
