Israeli Premier Urges Calm in Jerusalem

Israel's prime minister vowed not to change worship arrangements at Jerusalem's most sensitive religious site Sunday, calling for calm and restraint amid rising tensions in the city.

Palestinian protesters and Israeli police have clashed almost daily in east Jerusalem in recent months, with much of the unrest focused on the city's sacred compound revered by both Jews and Muslims.
