Iraqi forces slowed down their sweep through the city of Ramadi Monday amid fears that fleeing ISIS terrorists had set booby traps for them in the city's local government complex.

Brig. Gen. Ahmed al-Belawi told The Associated Press on Monday that the militants stopped firing at the troops at around 8:00 a.m. (12 a.m. EST) from inside the complex and that "we believe that they were either killed or fled."
