Iraq reports 2,700 missing since June ISIS onslaught

BAGHDAD: At least 2,700 people, mostly soldiers, are missing as a result of attacks by ISIS in Iraq, the human rights ministry said Monday.

More than half of those registered as missing by the government are soldiers who were at the Speicher base which the jihadis captured six months ago near Tikrit.
