This ingredient in chocolate could help memory loss

We’ve all been looking for a reason to eat more chocolate, but unless you are an ultra marathon runner, it’s difficult to justify adding those kind of calories to your diet. If you love chocolate, however, there’s another reason to indulge–reversing memory loss.
