Influenza is Good For You?

While people line up at their local pharmacy and grocery stores to receive this season’s flu shot vaccine, the question must be posed as to whether this trend ought to continue? Information is surfacing that suggests ingredients in the common flu vaccine, such as mercury, are more detrimental to the one receiving the shot then the actual flu is. It was only a short time ago when we were without this popular shot, muscling the flu on and off with not much of a problem. Do we really need a vaccine for something as simple and generally harmless as the flu? What if getting influenza now and then is actually good for you?
