Inflatable craft to be delivered to ISS to create additional space

An expandable habitat module will be added to the International Space Station (ISS) later this year to provide astronauts aboard the orbiting observatory with an additional 565 cubic feet volume of space.

Nevada-based Bigelow recently displayed the inflatable spacecraft, dubbed the Bigelow Expandable Activity Module (BEAM), which would be used by the astronauts for a lounge as well as a testing facility.
