Infant Bike Helmets Sold at Target Recalled Over Choking Hazard

Wisconsin-based Pacific Cycle is recalling 129,000 Schwinn-branded infant bicycle helmets because a magnetic buckle on the chin can come loose and pose a choking hazard, the Consumer Product Safety Commission announced on Wednesday.

The headgear, designed for children aged between one and three, were sold exclusively at Target and Target.com from January 2014 to April 2016. Pacific Cycle received three reports of the buckle cover coming loose, but no injuries reported, according to the CPSC.
