Indiana State Officials Trying to Stem HIV Outbreak

Scott County Indiana is facing a grave issue, the HIV outbreak. It sounds odd but it is happening right now in the Hoosier state.

In order to stem the outbreak, the state has started a needle excange program. Indiana University Northwest Assistant professor Dr. Deepak Ariga says that the measures are not enough to stem the outbreak.
