Imprisoned Mexican drug cartel bosses join in inmate complaint citing poor conditions

MEXICO CITY – Mexico's National Human Rights Commission says it has received a complaint from inmates at a maximum-security prison complaining of poor food and bad conditions.

A commission employee who was not authorized to be quoted by name said Thursday the complaint was received the previous day, but the commission is not allowed to discuss the details of complaints.
