Honeywell Beats Profit Estimates as Dollar Weighs on Sales

Honeywell International Inc. reported first-quarter earnings that beat analysts’ estimates on reduced costs even as the strong dollar caused a sales drop at every unit, spurring the company to reduce its 2015 revenue forecast.
