Honda see 43% lower fiscal Q4 profit due to recalls

The Takata air bag recalls took their toll Tuesday on Japanese automaker Honda's earnings.

Honda reported a 43% drop in fiscal fourth-quarter profit for the fiscal fourth quarter, ending in March, compared to the same period a year ago. It blamed much of the drop a weak yen, at least compared to the American dollar, and costs of the air bag recall.
