A recently published study in the British Medical Journal says that people who drink cow’s milk might die younger than other people who don’t drink. According to the researchers women who drink more than three glasses per day might experience bone fractures.
This study found that drinking more than three glasses of milk a day can increase the risk of early death. So, according to this study, people who think that cow’s milk can strengthen their bones are sadly mistaken. Instead of strengthening you can get more fractures.
