Heavy Alcohol Consumption increases Stroke Risk More Than BP, Diabetes

On Thursday, a twin study has revealed that people who consume more than two alcoholic beverages a day, have a higher risk of stroke as compared to others. They can suffer a stroke five years earlier in life. No matter how healthy they are or what genetics they have, they are more vulnerable.

According to the researcher, consumption of more than two drinks a day boosts the middle aged person's stroke risk more than the danger caused by high blood pressure and diabetes.
