LANSING — State health officials have confirmed the first reported case of measles in Michigan this year and say it may be associated with a recent outbreak at California's Disneyland theme park.
Department of Community Health spokeswoman Jennifer Smith says Friday that the case involves an Oakland County adult, but adds that an exact connection to the Disneyland outbreak has not yet been determined.
