Health officials call measles outbreak in Wyoming unlikely

A recent outbreak of measles in California has Wyoming health officials on watch as cases spread across 17 states.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention logged more than 121 cases since the beginning of 2015. Federal health officials are reporting cases in neighboring Utah, South Dakota, Colorado and Nebraska.
