Previous studies have shown that daily consumption of some yogurts can be particularly beneficial for your health. The live strains of "good bacteria" in certain types are good for the digestive tract. And let's not forget that yogurt eaters will also get a much needed dose of animal proteins, including several other nutrients found in dairy foods, like calcium, vitamin B-2, vitamin B-12, potassium and magnesium.
Yet a new study suggests that there is no link between the regular intake of yogurt and the improvement of physical and mental parameters.
