Hack disrupts military Twitter and YouTube accounts

The official Twitter and YouTube accounts for the U.S. Central Command were suspended Monday after being seized by hackers claiming to support the Islamic State who posted threatening messages aimed at U.S. troops and their families — as President Barack Obama was delivering an address on cybersecurity at the Federal Trade Commission.

“We broke into your networks and personal devices and know everything about you,” the hackers, calling themselves Cyber Caliphate, said on Twitter. “We know everything about you, your wives and your children.”
