There are many great reasons to eat breakfast every day. But when it comes to weight loss, a recent study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition found that eating or not eating breakfast did not make a difference in weight loss for adults. Does this mean we should skip the “most important meal of the day”? Absolutely not! Although 93% of Americans feel that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, only 44% eat breakfast daily.
