GSK Is Trying to Get World’s First Ever Malaria Vaccine Approved

Malaria has been killing people around the world for a long time, especially in the backward countries. But soon a vaccine could be available to counter this mosquito borne disease. According to recent reports the pharmaceutical giant GlaxoSmithKline is seeking approval for world’s first ever vaccine against malaria.

The vaccine is being called RTS, S and it will be available for sale exclusively outside the European Union. Right now the vaccine is seeking approval to be used on babies and children.
