Note: Do not read on if you have not seen Season 11, Episode 2 of ABC's "Grey's Anatomy," titled "Puzzle With a Piece Missing" Maggie Pierce is having a no good, horrible, very bad day. She's lonely and homesick. She can't remember Wilson's name, but manages to blabber mouth about a board position and get him fired from private practice. She slow codes a patient (per patients request) and Meredith catches her. It doesn't matter that Meredith would have done the same thing, because she would've, we've all watched her. Meredith does not like her.
She almost gets Bailey on her side because she defends her genome mapping project, but insults Avery, steps on toes. It doesn't matter that in the end she gives Yang's last patients some peace and wins Owen's respect, a little. She's in trouble. And then her parents send her a singing crustacean.
