The family of Sarah Jones - the camera assistant killed during filming of the Gregg Allman biopic 'Midnight Rider' in rural Georgia - has dropped the singer from a civil lawsuit stemming from Jones' death. Executive producer Michael Lehman and the movie's distributor, Open Road Films, were also dropped from the civil lawsuit.
