Greece Makes Progress With Creditors but Deal Still Elusive

The eurozone's top official says progress has been made in bailout talks with Greece but that "more time and effort" is needed before a deal can be reached so the cash-strapped country can get vital rescue money.

Jeroen Dijsselbloem said Monday after a meeting of the eurozone's 19 finance ministers that negotiations have "advanced" and that "important progress" is being made.
