Graham Moore Delivers Moving Speech at the 2015 Oscars

It’s one thing to receive an Oscar. It’s another thing to receive one during the 2015 Oscars from the likes of a legendary figure like Oprah Winfrey. But that’s exactly what happened to Graham Moore when he won the Best Adapted Screenplay Award for Imitation Game. And while he took the time to thank the people who helped make the film possible — and also Oprah, because how could you not — he also used his platform to share a deeply intimate story of his own, and to encourage kids everywhere to “stay weird.”
