GLOBAL MARKETS-European stocks fall on Greek crisis; Wall St turns higher

NEW YORK, April 16 (Reuters) - European stocks declined nearly 1 percent on Thursday, pressured by Greece's worsening financial predicament, and euro zone government borrowing costs hit new lows.

U.S. stocks edged higher on another flurry of better-than-expected profit reports, including ones from Netflix and Goldman Sachs.
