German museum: Kahlo lawsuit can now proceed

Attorneys for a German museum that's suing an Indiana museum over an exhibit featuring replicas of works by famed Mexican painter Frida Kahlo says its suit can now proceed.

Munster, Indiana-based South Shore Arts had argued that the lawsuit filed by a German museum called Kuntsmuseum Gehrke-Remund should be dismissed because the two other defendants were part-owned by a German company.
