Leaders of the world's 20 largest economies have released a plan to boost global gross domestic product by more than $2 trillion over five years, by investing in infrastructure and increasing free trade.
The document also pledged cooperation for strong action against climate change and support for an international response to the Ebola breakout in West Africa.
