A strange thin object was noticed in the center of our Milky Way galaxy. Initially, it was considered as a cloud of hydrogen gas. But now, astronomers have identified the object and it may be two binary stars that are orbiting a black hole in the middle of the Milky Way.
Andrea Ghez, a member of the research team, said that the object has been named G2. The object is not hydrogen gas as if it would have been then it should have been swallowed by the black hole present at the center of the galaxy.
