The 5,400-square-foot restaurant seats 160 people and opened Nov. 30 at Plaza Altabrisa, an upscale mall in Mérida, officials with parent company Luby's Inc., announced.
Mérida is the capital city of Mexico's Yucatán state with a population of about 1 million people.
