Editor's note: This review of the first "Dumb and Dumber" movie, released 20 years ago next month, appeared in the Free Press on Dec. 16, 1994. Like the just-released sequel, it received a rating of two stars.

Dumb is when Jeff Daniels, having spent several hours atop a motorcycle in the freezing cold, pulls into Aspen with a snot moustache as thick as Gene Shalit's.
