Four Houston chefs have been named semifinalists for the 2015 James Beard Foundation Awards. They include Terrence Gallivan and Seth Siegel-Gardner of the Pass & Provisions, Hugo Ortega of Hugo's and Justin Yu of Oxheart. The chefs all were nominated for Best Chef-Southwest.
Other Houston honorees include Anvil Bar & Refuge for outstanding bar program and Hugo's for outstanding wine service.
