(CNN)Four people died and two were seriously injured after a military transport plane crashed Saturday afternoon about a mile north of Seville's airport in southern Spain, Airbus Defence and Space said.
Airbus said six crew members -- all of whom are Spanish and employed by the company -- were on board the turboprop A400M, which was on a test flight.
