Four complainants bring civil action against 83 cheap wines for containing arsenic

Four separate persons from Southern California have filed a lawsuit at the Los Angeles Superior Court claiming that 83 cheap wines out of the 1,306 they tested contained arsenic, a poisonous substance that is very deadly to human health.

So if you’ve been drinking Franzia, Wine Cube, and others from Korbel, Fetzer, Sutter Home, Beringer, and Two-Buck Chuck, you might want to exercise some caution because these among others were listed in the lawsuit as potentially containing arsenic.
