Former prison worker accused of trying to set up assault

Authorities say a former food service worker at a prison in Michigan's Upper Peninsula tried to get an inmate to help orchestrate the assault of another inmate.

Michigan Attorney General Bill Schuette says 27-year-old former Aramark supervisor of Michael R. Young was charged Tuesday with one count of solicitation to commit assault with intent to cause great bodily harm, a felony punishable by up to five years in prison.
